i need to know how much watts I need, here is my setup.

Intel Core i7-4770K
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB
GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770
WD Green 1 TB and also
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming Intel MotherBoard

Solution
It's the GPU that sucks the most juice more than any other single component.
For the GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD, the manufacturer recommends a 600 watts PSU.
Don't get any old PSU though, you need a reliable and trusted brand like Seasonic, Corsair or Antec.

Actually, the GPU maker's recommendation is usually overkill but best to to play it safe and get 600 watts one anyway.
Most enthusiasts would say 500 watts PSU is plenty but, well, it's your call.

A quality 500-550W PSU would be fine for a single GTX 770 rig. XFX, Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair (TX or better) etc....

If you wanted the possibility to add a 2nd GTX 770 later on, then get a quality 750W PSU.
