Tons of problems after my computer froze one day

So I tried starting my laptop the other day (HP Envy 6) and after the Starting Windows icon appears the screen just stayed black. I googled for some solutions and came across one that told me to start in safe mode and then update my drivers. I updated my drivers and then restarted my laptop and it worked but then when I tried playing my games I got half the FPS i usually get.

So then I tried fixing my graphics card after I got an error popup from AMD Radeon telling me I had to fix my graphics card.

My AMD Radeon graphics card crashed so all i have is my intel graphics card (which also crashed later). Here are my drivers: http://i.imgur.com/VZ1N9Ld.png

Now my computer cannot be booted up regularly unless I start in safe mode, restart explorer.exe, uninstall my drivers, and restart my laptop. And even then I can't even run my games anymore. Anyone know of any fix for this? I also cannot adjust my screen brightness anymore, both my intel and amd radeon graphics don't work. Videos on youtube are pixelated, my games will not run.
I also used to have 2 options above the view button which were intel graphics and my amd radeon graphics control panels and now both are gone: http://imgur.com/eNGKmkK

I have no catalyst control center or switchable graphics anymore. When i try to install the AMD graphics detect and install program it sys

Solution
on the first screen shot you have a device problem indicated by the !! marks. double click on it and what does it say under "Device status"

Not knowing what that says right now all I could recommend would be uninstall all video drivers you have installed. Search for "amd driver removal tool" and run the tool (the software should show AMD as the author of it)also if you can(I end up running this tool everytime I have to upgrade AMD drivers it seems to get the drivers to update right). then go to hp website and download the video drivers from there and install them as those have been tested for compatibility with your system.
