I have a 2tb HDD partitioned into two parts, I also have a PNY XLR8 120GB Drive. I want to move windows 7 only to the SSD but I'm not sure how. I have the Windows 7 Disk but I have already used the product key, how do I move windows only to the SSD and activate it? Any help would be great.

I always recommend just a fresh install on a new SSD. Guaranteed to work, and you'll end up with probably slightly better performance.
A 120GB SSD can actually hold a lot of stuff, apart from games.

But if you must, there is only one application I know of that can potentially move only the OS.

Ok, so if I do a fresh install, I won't lose any data right? And how would I delete windows off of my old hard drive?

Your 'data' lives on the other drive. It will not go anywhere.
Your applications will need to be reinstalled with the new OS.
