Hi, I wanted to know how I would go about upgrading a APU on a laptop. I currently have the A6-4400m (trinity), and I wanted to upgrade to a A10-5750m, well I guess the only question I have is if I have to upgrade some sort laptop PSU, or if it's even possible. I'd just like to know what I'd have to upgrade it. I am very unfamiliar with laptop upgrading, let alone laptop parts in general. Thanks in advance.

As said before, it's probably soldered to the motherboard. If it's not, you're good to go; Just change the CPU and apply some new thermal paste after cleaning off the old paste and you're done. The TDP is 35W on both of them so no need to worry about that.

Most likely you can't change it. Most laptop manufacturers solder the cpu to the motherboard. If you really want to see if it's possible still you could open up the laptop and see if the cpu is removable.
