Will my new PC parts work well together?

I currently have a AMD A10-6800k Quad Core CPU, GTX 650 Graphics card and an ASUS A55M-E Motherboard.

I want to get the AMD FX-6300 6 Core CPU, GTX 760 Graphics card and the ASRock 970 PRO3 Motherboard.

Will the new components listed above work together? (I'm a noob)

Yes, they will play nicely together. But if you are spending for a 760, i would recommend going with an FX 8 core CPU instead of the 6 core.
