Does my CPU bottleneck my GPU?

Hi, i'm currently running an i3 2100 cpu together with an MSI R9 270X and 8gb of ram. So the question is does my setup have a bottleneck and if so, how much?

Edit: Maybe I should add that i'm mainly concerned because of playing Watch_Dogs

Hopefully so. I'm holding out until the issues get fixed before purchasing the game. Ubisoft has had problems with poorly optimized PC games recently, including Assassin's Creed IV.

Not necessarily true. I have no issues playing watchdogs on one monitor and WoW in the other. Using an i5.
