I need to choose my computer components which nesecito not be having good fast ram capcidad hard drive in my computer even recommend the use for video tutorials

Try an AMD FX CPU for video tutorials because it generally is good for editing and movie making (handling processes)
For a Graphics Card for with a HD 7000 series.
Case you can go for a AeroCool or a simple Coolermaster.
