Been running Prime 95 for a few hours now with a FX 6300 OC'd slightly to 3.8Mhz, i have a H60 cooler and i live in the UK so it's cold, all 6 cores are running at 34C while the CPU is the same at like 35C, this might sound stupid but is that to cold?

No, CPUs can run at temperatures of -20C, some people actually use liquid nitrogen to cool their PC, 30C is a good temperature to run at..you have nothing at all to worry about. As long as your CPU doesn't reach the 90C then you have no need to worry.
