I am looking to purchase MSI GTX 760 4GB for 269.99 with FREE WATCH DOGS

If you need it now then get what you want, but the new 800 line of Nvidia cards are coming this year so you are forewarned. On another note that card is about the best it comes for a 760.

If you are interested in getting the 800 series from Nvidia then i would only get whatever you are comfortable spending to 'tide you over' until they come out. After they come out get the desired card and then sell your previous one. Then its back to the age old question of wait till the new tech comes out or satiate your desire for graphics performance now.

I would just go with the 770 if it within your budget.
