Hi y'all I have recently bought an evga dual ftw GeForce gtx 780 with acx cooler and later found out they will be releasing 780s with twice the memory from 3 to 6gigs. On evga website it looks like they aren't gonna be much more expensive but I did notice they don't have the dual ftw version. Should I send mine back and get a new 6gig one?

The speeds as stated on the website say the one I have is 980mhz base clock and 1033mhz boost clock and also it states features double bios.

The speeds for the 6gb one are 967mhz base clock and 1020mhz boost clock and it does not have the double bios.

Which one is better taking in all factors? Which one should I end up using for gaming??

The memory jump doesn't really make a difference unless you are running multiple high res monitors, rendering, editing, cad, etc. Games these days are barely using the 2 available. So as biscuit said, it doesn't matter.

The clock speeds aren't far off. If your going to be of'ing them I'd search forums to see how far people have been able to push either of the cards and then go from there.
