Can ping, but no browsing on anything connected to network

Hey guys! I've seen a lot of similar questions on here, but nothing that quite fits my situation. Overnight something seems to have happened that is preventing me from browsing the internet on any browser from any device connected to the network. I can ping google.com no problem though. A DNS flush, router and modem reset, and computer restart solves the problem for a little bit, but it ends up happening again. Skype also works just fine, which is strange to me. Any suggestions? I've also tried a factory reset of the router to no avail. Thanks in advance! (by the way, I'm using IPV4 google DNS of 8.8.8.8 on this computer to get it to work, but would like to find a sweeping fix for other devices as well)

Just an idea go into the router settings and change DNS from automatically get from provider to one of your choice apparently you like Google's so just set it to 8.8.8.8 then. this setting in the router is where most device will look to see which DNS to use unless its overridden on the individual device. maybe your internet providers DNS provider is having issues. this also can be a better security practice too to help prevent network from being hacked.
