Help, my pc forgot how to use Anti Aliasing

Out of nowhere, everything, including pictures, icons, and most noticeable games, Anti Aliasing stopped working, most images have white dots on the outline where there's aliasing, same deal with games except it feels like everything is flickering because it's in motion, especially when there's a light reflection or a shadow.

I know it's normal to have aliasing, what's not normal is working well on a setting one day, and suddenly not working well the next day on the same setting.

I've literally tried everything:
-Tried a different display.
-Cranked up AA on all the games i have along with Anisotropic filtering.
-Cranked up AA and Anisotropic filtering from Nvidia control panel.
-Different graphics drivers
-Reinstalling Directx
-Memory tests
-tests on the HDD
-tests on the gpu and cpu
-I updated everything including BIOS and chipset drivers.
-Reseated the gpu and HDDs and RAM.
-After all else failed i did a clean reinstallation of windows (not restore, full reinstall).

Nothing works, the gpu is new (less than 1 month old) and everything is in the best possible condition it can be, what the hell is causing this?

look on the wings and the gun under it (the one with the plane's shadow behind it, notice how it has this jagged white outline, and the wing itself is jagged pretty much all around.

the game was running with 4x MSAA at the time of the screenie

my full specs are as follows:
-Nvidia GTX 675M 2gb (it's a mobile card)
-I7 3720QM 2.6ghz
-16gb RAM
-Win 7 64bit

I have AA set to application controlled in my nvidia control panel, and in most games i use 2x or 4x MSAA, or just FXAA if it's the only one available.

This issue is particularly noticeable when looking at thin lines at not-90-degree angles.

No performance change at all, unless i change my AA quality, at which point i only get the performance hit without the eye candy.

This particular laptop model doesn't have integrated graphics, because its 3d 120hz monitor needs to run directly using the GPU.

The gpu is exactly 1 month old, it was a replacement for the previous one that had fried (exact same card), is there a reason to make me believe it's the GPU's fault?

I have the same issue, but with a desktop PC. One day, no problems, then suddenly letters like v, w and y all look like shit, like they were made in MS paint with no anti-aliasing at all, pixels appear in thumbnails, images and icons all look jagged, particularily round or diagonal edges.

I'm sorry guys but nothing has come up, the problem is getting worse, however i believe the culprit may be the electricity going into the device itself, and i do not mean the PSU, just the electricity you receive from plugging into a wall.

I'm saying this because my cell phone is also affected by this, so does my brother's and my mother's iPad
