The GTX 750Ti card is not the fastest nor best card on the market. It could just be that you were expecting more out of if than you were paying for.

probably haha its just that i had a gt 630, a very old card haha and i thought this would be a big improvement, doesnt seem like it in some games... must just be me, i wonder if i can send it back and get the gtc 770 that i wanted in the first place, doubt it.

It's not a bottleneck. That is not the right term.
The recommendation for modern games to to have 8GB ram minimum.
Your pc build does not "bottleneck" at all.
It was just a suggestion that you want to add another ram module to make it 8GB.
A GTX 750Ti is a low end gpu so don't expect amazing performance in modern games.

Check to see if your performance is similar to those of this benchmark: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-750-ti-...
If the are around the same then there is nothing to worry about. You can monitor fps with MSI afterburner in game with the OSD enabled to check fps.

if you wish, you can get 4GB more RAM and get a better GPU.

the 770 is much better. but i agree with the other thread. your build will be unbalanced as 4gb of ram is pretty low these days.
