My computer wont start

The hard drive was used previously... wasn't it? You will have to either format it (which creates new partition tables) or run it through a Partition recover application to fix the partition table... this has to be done from another computer or from a Rescue Live CD for example The Hiren's Boot CD which includes several partition tools, Gparted Live CD, etc. Even if the Hard Drive is new, you may have to format it again and in the NTFS file system.
