need help on deciding on a MotherBoard

hello i'm building a computer for the very first time. i'm in college majoring in engineering so i need a computer that can run software such as AutoCAD and MatLab very fast. I also do some virtualizations and some gaming as well. I've researched and found 7 that looked correct to me and I was Hoping that someone here will help me choose the correct one or recommend something even better. They're

I prefer ASUS boards.The pro is a great choice.
