Hello First of all, I've just noticed that the system Idle Process is always high, 85-99 even if i am not idling, but i do know that while idling 99 it's fine since it can use 99% of it, However not sure if this is misleading or what, Here i'll show two of the pictures,
Here is the First picture that shows it uses 85-99% of the CPU While not idle,
If the Picture cannot be Full sized, Direct link = http://i.imgur.com/ACMHBOI.jpg of Picture 1
On the Second Picture, taken at the same time it says that the CPU it's not loaded and just Uses 0-5% as it usually Does while running the system!

I am a little bit confused, i did some Research but i havent got my Answer to this!

I don't mean to be snide, it is a bit misleading that they refer to this idle state as a 'process'.
