Hello First of all, I've just noticed that the system Idle Process is always high, 85-99 even if i am not idling, but i do know that while idling 99 it's fine since it can use 99% of it, However not sure if this is misleading or what, Here i'll show two of the pictures,
Here is the First picture that shows it uses 85-99% of the CPU While not idle,

If the Picture cannot be Full sized, Direct link = http://i.imgur.com/ACMHBOI.jpg of Picture 1
On the Second Picture, taken at the same time it says that the CPU it's not loaded and just Uses 0-5% as it usually Does while running the system!

Same as well, if it cannot be Resized, Direct link = http://i.imgur.com/RYcPZuR.jpg
I am a little bit confused, i did some Research but i havent got my Answer to this!

Yes. That's why it says "percentage of time processor is idle" in the description right next to the listing. :) I don't mean to be snide, it is a bit misleading that they refer to this idle state as a 'process'.

I have no idea what your question is. High system idle is normal, it just means the CPU is idle, in other word 99% idle is 1% used. It sounds like you know that and are still trying to find something wrong here but it looks perfectly normal to me.

EDIT: modern CPUs are so powerful that even when working doing normal Windows tasks they use very little of their capacity.

So what you're trying to say is that The System Idle Process tells you how much there is available and not how much it is used, am i correct?
