New Build BSODs and Errors

Hi guys,
I have finished assembling my new pc, with the following components:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive )
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Dual Superclocked ACX Video Card
Case: NZXT H440 (Red/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)
CPU Cooling: Kraken x60

I am, however, having some frustrating BSODs and errors and I could really use someone's help to look over the logs.

Two of the BSODs I can recall are: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Thanks dude.
I have run memtest and nothing is amiss. Bios is updated, everything is running stock speed. Chipset driver is updated as well.
When I run some driver scans it does come up and suggest some need updating but i'm having trouble finding the updated drivers.

FOr instance, it claims these drivers are out of date:

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface
Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller - 0C01
Intel(R) 4th Gen Core processor DRAM Controller - 0C00
Intel(R) 82802 Firmware Hub Device
Intel(R) Smart Connect Technology Device
