I have been using my q6600 overclocked on g41 mts2p mobo for about month now..(from 2.4GHZ to 3Ghz)I am not sure whether this mobo could be used for O/C ing. Will my Mobo die sooner than its lifetime because of O/C ing?

Solution
As you can see - 49C is too high for idle. Gaming and testing (via Prime 95) temps will be even higher. Probably too high for Prime 95 to actually run. So you're overclock won't be 'stable'. You won't be able to continue to use it. Drop your overclock till your idle temp is under 40C.

As ColGeek said - you need a real good cpu cooler to be able to overclcock properly. And as I said - the G41 chipset mobos are not made for overclocking.
