Upgrade from Phenom x4 to a a10-6800k

I need help, i just bought this upgradehttp://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1625884
and idk if my psu isnt giving enough power(450)
or i just fried it

My build is
Mobo: Gigabyte Ga-f2a88xm-d3h
Cpu: Amd A10-6800k
PSU: Rhino 450 watts
Ram: 8gb G.Skill sniper series 2133
Storage:500 gb toshiba
GPU: Radeon x7 240

the board also need a 8 12v connecter but my PSU only had 4 and well they fit into half of it

You what? That's your problem, you can't connect up only half of the 8 pins and expect everything to be hunky dory.

yeah this is a pretty old build so ill go buy a psu tomorrow, thank you guys
and i connected it because i googled it and i read around here that it would still boot up even if it was just half so, but now that i knkow ill go get one
