Ok so I know that you need to have like a 12 volt rail and the video card manufacturer states that you must have a certain wattage power supply so like if I need like say 50 amps continuous.

+5V@24A
+3.3V@24A
+12V@62.4A so this would be good enough for 50 amps contious
-12V@0.5A
+5Vsb@2.5A

Yes, that will work. CxV=W 12x62.4 is 748.8 watts.
You will be fine.
