Using most of the texture pack combiner, and an enb, I would expect the card to use much more vram. Gpu-Z says it is only using 1.5 gb of vram while at max load. I am getting massive frame drops when aiming the camera at areas with lots of textures (outdoors). This makes no sense as the card is 4gb. Is there something bottle necking performance?
