Heat sink for Intel i7?

I have a computer with a intel i7 2600 sandy bridge. It's temp is up at 90c and I think I should get a new heat sink. What would be a great one for this purpose?

The thermal paste is also likely to be a problem as well, so if you don't want to spend any more money than you have to, just replace the thermal paste on the stock cooler and the temperatures will fall by a significant amount
