Goodday, i have a F1 a75m-pro motherboard and Amd A6-3650 with the hd 6670 1g dd3 and 2pcs TEAM ELITE 4gb 1333mhz DDR3 MEMORY 8gb all. The graphics card will rate of 6.9 .... i just want to ask some advice can i upgrde my video card to 6970 2g ddr5 or 7970 3gb ddr5 .i use dual monitor..thanks..im using 500 gb western hddrive for my o.s wind 7

Yes - put it in the blue pcie slot. Make sure your power supply is adequate though. For a pc with a 7970 in it you'll need a good 30A on the 12V rail and 500W total power supply. Get a good one - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310
