I have a
ASUS P5G41T-M LX3 motherboard
Pentinum Dual Core E5200 @ 2.5 Ghz (2 CPUs)
and can it run
Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
With
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU

and also can i run some latest games in medium-high graphics?

Solution
Your motherboard has this;

1 x PCIe x16

That will take your graphics card to best capability possible, no matter if it 2.0/3.0. Latest games you'll struggle depending on the resolution you play at.

My E8400 (3GHz) was not quite smooth even in simple games like Diablo 3 so my expectations from an E5200 would be even lower.

If by "latest games" you mean high-spec games like Watchdogs, you would need to upgrade to at least an i3-3xxx or FX6300 to avoid getting horribly CPU-bound, i5-3xxx/4xxx or FX83xx if you want best results within a reasonable budget. Aiming a notch higher on the GPU front (R7-265 or 750Ti) would not hurt either.
