and i cant seem to find drivers anywhere, the ones on amd website are useless, so pls halp!

Here - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download - just plug in hd 3450. They all use the same drivers.

i downloaded those, nothing happens, i also downloaded auto-detect, it downloads same driver and still nothing happens

It downloads an exe file. Did you double click it to start it?

like seriously guys, u cant just go and say u are idiot that cannot doubleclick and expect me to be nice + i specificly said that the ones on their website dont work...
