AMD QuadCore A10-5750M @2.5GHz

Do you think this CPU is better than i5-4200u? CPUboss said it was'nt. But how about you guys? What do you think? will the A10-5750M with a Radeon HD 8670M (2GB) be better than i5-4200u with a geForce GT 820M? Both are ASUS laptops. Thanks! And if you have any interest, will you compare both to Lenovo G410 (i5-4200m @2.5GHz + Intel HD 4600)? Thanks for any response! Have a nice day guys.

it's not, the i5 with a separate GPU is always better then an APU (CPU wise).

The GT 820m is better then the APU's graphics anyways so the i5 4200u and GT 820M is the no brainer.

P.S. Did you add the tags? Appears to be lots.

I5- 4200M and a Geforce GT 820M is a far better choice.

These are the only benefits I've seen with the AMD mobile APU's vs Intel with integrated graphics.

They can be upgraded
They can can make better use with upgraded Ram.
They can be tweaked to never run below a certain threshold.
The integrated graphics are way ahead.

The i5-4200u + gt 820m is an ASUS laptop @ 800USD. And the i5-4200m with its intel hd 4600 is a lenovo G-series laptop @ 550USD. What do you think is better? I'm having real difficulty choosing between the two.

That option is available for an MSI laptop, I can buy it if I want, just the same price with ASUS, just with the design I am turned off.

i think it's too thick like the lenovo g410, I dont know if that would be better than a slimmer ASUS with i5-4200u and gt 820m. I don't know which brand to buy. Thanks for your help btw!
