I have an hp running windows 8 & unfotunatly I didnt realize that the trial antivirus protection wouldnt work. was told i had to have a premium antivirus on win8 or it wouldnbt work. (the same hp rep recomended $179 mcafee.. when I sd no he stoipped helping
PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW... CAN RESTORING MY HP TO A POINT BEFORE THE VIRUSES,WILL IT GET RID OF THEM

A restore is a good place to start, but have you definitely got a virus?

Just because a trial anti virus has ran out does not mean you have viruses unless you suspect you have one.

Probably best getting one of the decent free ones first and doing a full scan

Windows defender, AVG, Avast etc <- get one of those and do a full scan
