definatly the R9 290! personaly I´d go with a sappire one definatley not one with stock cooler though
but the r9 290 beats the 780 in most games so it´ll blow the 770 out the water

You mean the R9 290 with aftermarket cooler?
If this is the Case R9 290 hands down it is much better then the Gtx 770.
If you are not getting one with aftermarket cooler look at this to upgrade the cooling and your card's performance:

The GTX 770 is pretty much on par with the R9 280X; The R9 290 is the stronger card here. Asus and Gigabyte are both great brands, if there are no big differences in the core/memory clocks, get whichever is cheaper.

In general, Asus Direct CU coolers are great. Their R9 290 and 290X cards though generally get bad reviews. It seems the cooler isn't well suited to these GPUs.

Gigabyte, Sapphire or MSI might be better options.

Video memory is not a good measure of video card performance.
The R9 290 is significantly faster than the GTX 770.
The 4GB GTX 770 is primarily suited to SLI setups because as a single card the GTX 770 isn't fast enough to support the resolutions where you would need 4GB of video memory.

After saying all of that, for a 1920x1080 resolution system the GTX 770 2GB is a good card.
At higher resolutions, the R9 290 is a better choice.

In my country r9 290 is 20$ more so will it be faster on 1920x1080?

yea, check the clock speeds on those two you selected and take the one that has more (if their same price)

The R9 290 will be faster.
Do you have links to the cards you are looking at? It is important with the R9 290 to get a good cooler. The reference cooler is noisy and will cause the card to throttle because of excessive temperatures.

I've replied on your other thread, but might as well reply here.
Both these are 3rd party coolers, rather than reference coolers (which is good).
Of these cards, choose the gigabyte card.
Asus Direct CU II coolers are generally great, but not well suited to the R9 290.
On top of that, the Gigabyte card is cheaper.
