Hi Sir, i will be giving a rational for the parts above.

CPU)Great Cpu for overclocking.

CPU COOLER) Good and quiet cooler and can overclock quite a lot.

MOTHERBOARD) Great motherboard for overclocking and SLI operation.

MEMORY) The only reason why i went with a 16GB Kit is so that you can upgrade to 32GB in the future.

STORAGE) Good ssd + Good HDD = Awesome

VIDEO CARD) Best vid card in the world

CASE) Cases are seriously VERY personal, just choose a case that you like. You have a few hundred dollars on the case.\

PSU) Its great and cheap

OPTICAL DRIVE) Cheaper is better :)

OS) It happens to be the cheapest OS on PcPartPicker (With the exception of free OSes).

Monitor) There are no 1440p monitors on PcPartPicker that costs below 300 euro, i know there are monitors that are 27" and is 1080p, but they are 60hz, if you are doing casual gaming, those would work, but if you like higher that 60fps, go with the 144hz that i have chosen.

Hope this helped :),
