I use both wired and wireless internet in my home; the wireless is for my laptop and the wired is for my main desktop pc.
After I had to reboot my desktop pc this morning, the wired internet connection is no longer working, though the wireless is absolutely fine.
I am running windows xp and using the network controller on my desktop's mobo, which is an Nvidia model.
At the moment, the wired connection is just showing a constant status of "Acquiring network address", which isn't changing.
