Of these cards, choose the gigabyte card.
Asus Direct CU II coolers are generally great, but not well suited to the R9 290.
On top of that, the Gigabyte card is cheaper.

Either should be OK, although I have heard negative reviews of the Gigabyte, you should consider the Sapphire card as well.

PS Your CPU may start to bottleneck you in some games so you might want to upgrade that in the future.
