What's wrong with my GPU?

Lately I've been getting some weird issues with most likely my GPU. Someone said to me that it might be dying, but I don't have any weird performance decreases over time, no artifacting, none of the usual stuff. I only have an occasional freeze every 2-4 hours while playing games for a second, which is strange in it self (this is possibly a driver issue, but my whole pc freezes up. I've already read that some people have some freezing issues with the latest Nvidia driver.).

But the most annoying thing is that I have around every 10-25 minutes a grey screen for around 1-2 frame(s) (kind of like a channel without a signal on a tv). This increases after having played a game and gradually decreases over time. This barely happens while playing a game. It only happens on one screen at a time. But it does happen to both of my screens, so it can't be my screens dying.

I have had one BSOD, but that was because of a faulty webcam driver. These symptoms only started around 2-3 months after that.

My PC Specs:
Asus P8Z77-LX
I5-3570K
Corsair H100i
Corsair CX750M
EVGA GTX670 FTW

I'm using the 337.88 driver (the latest) and I have had this system for around a year, I did replace my case, motherboard and cooler 6 months ago.

Yesterday I had updated my drivers and I hadn't played any game since, I just started playing some warframe to check the tempretures and I'm experiencing no grey frames. The only thing that happens is a hickup every 2 minutes or so in the first 10 minutes of playing. I'm going to do a clean install of the drivers to check if it'll fix this.
Also the core stays at a good 75 degrees celsius while under load.
