According to the report that is not true. You are recording at 60 fps, not 30 fps. Which you shouldn't considering YouTube is limited to 30 fps and you will lose those extra captured 30 fps either way.
Still that doesn't answer what's causing your issue. I've looked around for similar issues, it could be a coincidence but often AMD users are the ones who are experiencing related issues. So it might be the hardware optimization issue. Here are few of my suggestions:
1. Try turning on "
Use Shared Java Profile" in Dxtory Global settings. Since only your Java-type game is experiencing this issue it may affect your issue.
2. Scan your Hard Drive for
fragmentation. If your drive has more than 10% fragmentation then defrag it, it should improve the performance. But honestly it's highly recommended not to record on the same HDD which your system uses.
3. Try turning on
Vsync in Minecraft since I heard framerate is extremely inconsistent in this game and jumps between hundreds of fps all the time. Stabilizing framerate with Vsync might help. Also try reducing the render distance. Note that it's natural if game lags a bit if you only loaded the map and blocks are still rendering (including underground blocks), but lag should stop after 30 seconds.
4. Your issue might be related to the fact that you are using
pirated version of the game. It's not for me to judge, but I know for a fact that Dxtory dev constantly releases updates for Dxtory to improve it performance and bugs. For instance just yesterday he released the update to solve the Wolfenstein issues, improve Watch Dogs performance and hook issues. You
might be experiencing your issue since you are using the version which was released back in 2013/03/24 that is 5 major updates behind. Unfortunately you can't ask support on official Dxtory forum since the admin has the stubborn policy to ban all pirates on sight.
