Minus Case and HDD. Still fits in your budget.

It's a little (£3) over your budget, but this is possibly one of the best systems you could build on your budget!
You could downgrade the FX-8320 to an FX-6300 if you feel like it, but that's your choice.

i decided to go with the 750 Ti after all, but i really cant afford the FX-8320 since the pricing is a little different here in the Netherlands

its either the 750 Ti or 8320 and i dont think the 2 cores are worth the extra 30

Alright, this is what I'd do.

I'd stick with the 750Ti and get the FX-6300!
I'd then get a low-profile CPU cooler (under 151mm) and over-clock the FX-6300 with it, (the motherboard I suggested will allow you to do this as it has its own VRM heat-sink)

This'll help you get better performance out of your system overall.
