Do i need a CPU Cooler?

Hi, I am going to buy an Intel Core i5-3570k and was wondering if I need a cpu cooler. I am not planning on overclocking and my case will have about 4 or 5 fans. Will the stock fan be enough??

The only reason for buying an aftermarket cooler in your case would be to reduce noise, and even that won't be necessary unless you notice a problem. The Intel stock cooler is frequently on Frostytech's top-5 quietest, but that really only applies when it isn't being worked too hard.
