Hello, I've got a problem.

I bought samsungs SSD PRO 840 128GB and the servis upgraded my PC with it.
I went to install windows 8.1 but when I connect my DELL U2412M to my R9 270x, it doesn't recognize it.

When I connect it via DVI, the monitor displays "entering save mode in 5 minutes", and when i unconnect it , the monitor displays "no DVI connection, turning off in 5 minutes". The same goes via HDMI.

So I pluged in the monitor via the motherboards VGA and installed the windows. When I open the device manager, I can't see my graphic card in it.

I tried to install R9 270x drivers, but I can't because the catalyst can't find it.

What to do? I think that the servis didn't connected the graphic card to the motherboard. Or they did, but not correctly? Before the SSD upgade the card was working just fine.

Thank you

Sorry, servis = PC service

I didn't open my case, I have guarantee on it and if I open it, I'll lose it...

But I think I will open it because I don't want to have any more buisness with those guys, they obviously don't know how to do their job.

But is there any other reason why the graphic card won't work, except this one?

Where did you buy your pc?
If you plugged a monitor cable from the gpu to the monitor and yet it doesn't recognise the connection made then it could be the cable, gpu or monitor problem.
Since you tested HDMI and DVI, it is not a cable problem and it is not the monitor since it works.
