Encrypted files using win encryption

hey guys, i have bunch of personal files, wha i did :) = right click, properties, advance and checked encrypted contents to secure data and after a year i changed my computer and do not have access to old one now, right now when i want to access files they are green and cant open them any idea what to do ??

all i have is this one :

BitLocker Drive Encryption Recovery Key

which i don't know even if this is relevant, or is it for something else i checked my Email and found i sent an Email to myself with above content:)
