Try taking notes of the components you want to get and then building your own at PCpartpicker. Or shop each component yourself (what I did my first time which was last December ;) )

Unfortunately your GPU is very underpowered compared to the rest of your system (and it's underpowered by a LARGE margin)

With the 740 you can probably do medium with some tweaking (setting things like view distance lower etc.)

Ok, well I don't help much with building a whole rig... I would suggest getting a slightly slower and cheaper CPU (I like the i5-4670K), a cheaper Z87 series Motherboard and a higher Wattage PSU from a reliable manufacturer - 650W and 42 Amps on the 12v rail to power higher end cards (. You may also want to get a slightly less performance SSD with a higher capacity (I have a 120GB SSD and it filled up FAST ;) )

As for GPU... if you want something that would compare to the system with the changes I listed above I suggested look at the GTX 770 or 780 series or cards

You may want to post a question in the "Systems" forum. Many people will be able to give you more detail and reason for suggesting different options than what you have currently and still stay within your budget.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, best of luck :)

Depends on the manufacturer and the price, also you may want to look at more VRAM if you're going to run more than one monitor or higher than 1920x1080 resolution

Seems decent, why the fixation on the Z97 chipset if you don't mind me asking. Also it seems really barebones (just make sure you never want to go SLI or run any other type of PCIe card)

Everything I've asked is from websites like Cyberpower and ibuypower. I what to build it online because I don't have to time to do it any other way. If there is a prebuilt out there that would run Arma 3 with high settings and good FPS for $1400-$1500 then I would take it.
