Hello, I was wondering a gtx 750 ti SC 2GB GDDR5 would be worth the upgrade over an Asus AMD 7750 1GB in terms of gaming. I can get it for 135$. Any help is appreciated!

My current PC specs are:
AMD A8-5500@3.7Ghz
6GB 1600Mhz RAM
Jasmine MSI mobo
525 Watt PSU
HP case
Asus AMD 7750 1GB GDDR5

Hi. That should be better performance wise.

@suztera, the r9 is 180 here used so that's a bit expensive and also Im going to be using shadowplay so trying to get a nvidia card. Thanks for the quick replys! (Can't quote as I'm on my phone)

The 750ti is a better option over the 270. You are using an HP case. They are not known for good cooling. Most only have a exhaust fan only and no intake fan. The 750ti runs far cooler than a 270 and is much smaller in size so it'll fit the case better.

get the 750ti......it also doesnt have to have an additional power cable running to it...all power is taken from the pci-e slot, and it only uses about 60w...which means you wont have to upgrade your psu as well, cooling is phenomenal on this card because of the low power usage as well, its pretty small and overclocks very good as well...get it, not sure if your cpu would be able to handle it though

actually its fine, the A8 5500 should be sufficient

Sorry if I'm suppose to start a new topic but I can get the CLUB3D Radeon R9 270 for 150 bucks. Can I run it on a coolermaster 525w extreme 2 PSU? Also I want to record gameplay videos but since its an AMD card, there is not shadowplay so is the R9 worth the extra FPS? Thanks!
