There are some drawbacks in that build.
*Old motherboard chipset but new processor (Heard that sometimes there is a malfunction)
*Poor PSU with low wattage (Ur PC consumes lesser than 430W but the PSU isnt efficient and detoriates fast which sometimes results in malfunction of the pc after some time)
*Monitor isnt an IPS panel (For Gaming IPS panels are the best due to the wide range of colours and stability. TN panels arent suitable for gaming and watching movies)

That PC is slightly more powerful than the PC I gave but these drawbacks could lower the potential or even sometimes damage the PC. But if u wish to have the PC only for a year, then u can buy it. If not, buy the PC ive stated. There is not much difference between both the systems. I recommend u to go for the PC i suggested.
