Above is the specs for my recently built computer. After finally installing Windows 8.1 and installing the internet driver so i can post this. After a little bit of exploring, i realized that my HDD is not showing up on my storage devices.

My best guess as to why it is not showing up is because the HDD is 3 TB, which I am guessing is too large for the computer to recognize.

When i open up the device manager for Windows 8.1, i check Storage devices and "ST3000DM001" pops up as one of the devices, and it says it is working properly.

So my question is, what do i have to do in order to make the computer recognize the HDD as there?

Thanks in advance!
