Asus M5A97 R2.0 mobo is better than the AsRock one. Even though u dont need an 650W 80+ Gold certified PSU for ur hardware, u can buy the one I suggested bcoz u r getting it very cheap. Most importanly, two extra cores surely lifts ur pc to greater heights.

Thanks for your help guys, I loved your recommendations. Do you think that system that you recommended could max wow? Also, I heard that Intel plays significantly better on wow than AMD, do you guys think that this could still do it? Thanks for your help guys, I'm kinda new to PC gaming but getting accustomed to it.
