Event log entry from checkdisk is on pastebin here

My system shut down unexpectedly earlier today, and than proceeded to run checkdisk on startup. I checked the event log first thing after logging in, and there was no error related to the shutdown, except the Kernel-Power entry stating that the system recovered from an unexpected shutdown. There was no power interruption, so the shutdown must have been caused by some sort of error. Also, the Intel Matrix Storage Manager began running its "verifying and repairing" operation. It is entirely possible that something is wrong with one of the hard drives, as they are approaching 5 years old and have 15,000 hours each.

Specs:
Dell Optiplex 755 Mini-Tower
Intel Q35
Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66GHz
4GB Ram (DDR2)
ATI Radeon 6570
2x 1TB Western Digital Black (Enterprise grade) hard drives running in RAID 1 via the on-board Intel Matrix storage controller.
Windows 7 Pro x64

The HDD's are getting long in the tooth as they say. If it were me and I had data and software I wanted to protect, I would invest in a new set of drives and clone over on to them. The shutdown is not the issues as they happen some times and all HDD get errors but your drives are getting old and may go on and on but...? New 1TB dives are about $80.00US each on Newegg so it is a no brainier for me
