Cant Access Bios

I only have f2 for setup and f12 for boot menu. I tried esc key, f10*, f2 and f3 together, f1 and ctlr/alt just takes me to another option screen with two options windows 7 and windows diagnostic, I push f8 and still no bios option.

So when you boot up the splash screen shows F2 for Setup and F12 for Boot Menu? Then F2 should get you into the BIOS.

Is this a store-bought computer? If so, what brand and model of computer?
Or
Did you build this computer yourself? If so, what brand and model of motherboard?

I couldn't find anything on Google on that model. I found info on other models and F2 was the key to press to get into the BIOS. I am at work so haven't had much time to research.
