Hi, just built a new pc today and was curious about my temperatures as I have never built a pc before. Pretty much just wanna know if they are in the acceptable range, and whether I not I need to worry about anything. My specifications are as follows.

I am also running windows 8.1 64 bit. Below are a screenshot of my cpur reading using realtemp, and my gpu reading using MSI afterburner while sitting on the desktop. Any advice is appreciated! (Not sure what I am looking at in afterburner but im assuming it's at 31c?)

Yes your GPU is at 31°C. This is a very acceptable temperature (was your case open?). Maybe you want to stress test your pc to see if it's going to be under 90°C (which in my opinion is an absolute max temp.)
try some Intel burn test for testing your CPU.
and try some furmark to stress-test your GPU.
If the temperature is under 90°C after a few minutes of stress-testing, your components should be fine.

No, it wasn't open. I guess I was a little worried because I felt a lot of heat coming out the top of the case, and didn't notice it on my other pc. This new case has a huge vent on the top though and my other one didn't, probably why I didn't notice. I'll look into some stress tests, thanks for your help!
