What Graphics Card should I get?

Hi, my PC specs are

i5-2500k cpu (haven't overclocked it but willing to)

asrock z77 extreme4-m motherboard

8 gig g skill ram

corsair tx650m 650 watt psu

I've had this build for about a year and a half and I want to get a graphics card for pc gaming.

I want to spend somewhere between $100-$200, could spend $250 max if its a really good card.

I prefer an Nvidia graphics card by the way.

760 if you want to spend max of your budget and 750ti will be in your 100-200 range

I don't mind an AMD graphics card.

I have the R9 270X which maxes out pretty much any game atm, or at the very least with very high settings, which I bought for Aus $250. The prices are inflated over in Australia so you could pick it up for $200 elsewhere.
