cutting it kinda close, I take it from your graphics card you'll be doing some gaming.
When it comes to gaming you always want some extra wiggle room in all areas. (at least in my opinion)
a 600W would be much safer, especially if you want to do upgrades later on.

Ok, if it's fine I won't be upgrading my psu yet cause I just bought it. I forgot to mention that I would be overclocking my gpu.

It is a not a good idea to overclock the GPU with that power supply, the quality isn't bad just need a higher wattage to overclock. I just have Antec HCG 620M, XFX TS 550 and XFX Core 750 with 260x's, but I am too lazy to learn to overclock GPU while maintaining stability since I mainly play MMOs and old games.
