Slow USB 3.0

I have an Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard with two USB 3.0 ports. When I try to transfer files into my Kingston DataTraveler USB 3.0 Flash Drive I only get speeds up to a maximum of 30-40 MBps. I have tested the USB on other computers getting a speed of 120 MBps. Why is this the case? My drivers should be newest version if i am correct. I run Windows 8.1 Pro.

Yes. I can not find any newer drivers. (Not with driver detecting programs either)

I have tried it. Doesn't help.

I looked at the drivers for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 and found out that there actually are no USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 8.1, which I use. I wonder what I'm going to do about that...
