I'd personally say trash that whole build - you're using lots of components meant for an mITX rig in a full tower case, and you definitely don't want a 2.5" 5400 RPM hard drive on a desktop - it will be ridiculously slow. Try this for your budget instead:

U Know u won't have enough storage :D . and i would save more money and find a cheaper case and double the ram with the money u saved , also i am not sure , but would 450w enough 4 this build ?

g-unit's is a perfect build for the budget. He has included OS+Optical drive at the expense of downgrading the gpu to gtx770

@hollman alexander i'd suggest you search more about pc components since you are cheaping out on parts which could cause serious bottleneck (even the 5400rpm HDD could bottleneck the gtx780)

Since your original build costed 1240$ i guess you should have an extra 110$ for the OS and optical drive, which is the same amount of money you need to go from gtx770 to gtx780.
I wouldnt really change anything from g-unit's build to decrease the cost since it's really solid
