ASUS DC2 OC GTX 760 is my new card, I only game and use one 1080p 60 hz monitor. I won't do SLI and also I won't buy myself a 4k hd monitor or one that has got higher resolution than 1080p.

also my card has started to buzz, and its not coming from fans or psu im sure of it.

should I RMA it with ZOTAC 4GB GTX 760 ? plus 50$

here are the specs

ASUS DC2 OC GTX 760

Engine Clock
GPU Boost Clock : 1072 MHz
GPU Base Clock : 1006 MHz
CUDA Core
1152
Memory Clock
6008 MHz ( GDDR5 )
Memory Interface
256-bit

ZOTAC 4GB GTX 760

Core clock 993 MHz (base)
1059 MHz (boost)
Cores 1,152
Memory Clock 6008 MHz
Memory Interface 256-bit

My graphically modded skyrim runs at 24 fps and makes a lot of coil buzz from my gpu, I have tested it with different CPU though, there was not even 1 fps change.

And also there is a lot fps drops during moving scenes and sudden camera angle changes at Watch_dogs

More about : bought 2gb vram gpu week ago paid lot mistake

Cutscenes runs on the cpu not the gpu. Watchdogs is kinda cpu intensive as well.
Is the coil whine bearable? If not then RMA it.
4GB 760 is not worth it really unless you plan to SLI or it is really cheap

I cant stand the whine, I have also replaced my amd stock cooler with liquid cooling system, that's why I noticed the whining
I am most likely to RMA it so what do you suggest the 4gb vram one ? I don't know anything about the clockspeeds though. The differences are matter ? I want one that keeps a few more years.

Clock speed only matters when comparing the same gpu chip i.e. MSI 760 2GB vs ASUS 760 2GB
A GTX 770 has a different gpu chip which performs better than the one in GTX 760.
The 4GB 770 is more viable than a 4GB 760. 2GB 760 is enough. The 760 is not capable of fully utilising the 4GB anyway.
Currently the ZOTAC 4GB GTX 760 is the cheapest 4GB model. You can get that but don;t expect much fps increase from the 2GB version.

OK one last question, what about sapphire hd 7950 ? It has 1 more gb vram with more bit and also same price with my current. I dont know its clock speed

7950 is in between the performance of a GTX 760 and GTX 770 overall. Whilst it is a good card, a 7970 or a R9 280X is considered more of an upgrade from a GTX 760. A R(280X is a rebrand of the 7970. THe R9 280 is the rebrand of the 7950.
You can't compare clock speed with different architecture. AMD gpu are different from Nvidia, so clock speed doesn't matter. You have to look up benchmarks from reviewers to see the differences depending on the games.
